Scope

This policy covers this index page and every tool published under a path on utils.9odo.com. Each tool also states, on its own pages, what it does with the input you give it.

What we collect: nothing

There are no accounts and no sign-in anywhere on this subdomain. The pages are static files with no back end and no database, so there is no server here that could receive what you type. Where a tool processes input, it does so in the browser tab and forgets it when the page is closed.

This index page sets no cookies of its own and writes nothing to local storage.

Advertising and cookies

Tools on this subdomain may display advertising through Google AdSense; this index page does not. Where ads are shown, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure them, including personalised ads based on prior visits. That processing is Google's, not ours, and we receive no personally identifying information from it.

You can control personalised advertising at Google My Ad Center and opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices. Google's own description is at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

If you are in the EU, UK or EEA (GDPR)

We are not a controller of any personal data about you, because we collect and store none. Where advertising cookies are used, Google acts as the controller for that processing and its legal bases and retention periods are set out in its own policies, linked above.

The rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability are exercised against the advertising vendor, because we hold no record that could be the subject of such a request.

If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information, because we hold none. Advertising vendors may treat the use of advertising cookies for cross-context behavioural advertising as a "share" under California law; the opt-out links above are the mechanism for that, and they apply regardless of where you are.
