About this site
A PTO accrual calculator, and 30 jurisdiction pages that quote the statute or labour agency page they came from.
How the jurisdiction pages are made
Each page was built by opening that jurisdiction's own statute or labour agency page and quoting it. Nothing is taken from HR blogs or vendor comparison posts. Where a source did not answer a question — whether a payout is required, whether a cap is allowed, which rate applies — the page says it was not established rather than filling the gap.
That is why 11 jurisdictions are missing. For those, the official source could not be opened from our build at all, so there is no page. The list says which and why.
How the numbers are made
Every figure on the site is computed by one accrual module, including the examples inside the prose. None are typed in by hand. The boundaries that module is tested against are the ones that actually go wrong: 26 versus 24 pay periods, a mid-period hire date, a ceiling that halts accrual, a carryover limit, and rounding money to the cent.

Corrections
If a quoted line no longer matches its source, the source is right and this site is wrong. Corrections: zkfmapf999@gmail.com.
